Early in 2021, Green & Partners’ office advisory team were instructed by their long-standing client, Reed in Partnership, to acquire offices or retail space in 87 locations across England from which delivery of two new services will take place.
London based Green & Partners have been Reed’s retained lease advisory firm since the niche surveying firm was formed in 1992, and Partner Darren Coleman has acted for them for over sixteen years.
Green & Partners have worked with Reed to deliver the required number of locations within a tight timescale, their long-standing relationship allowing them to work quickly to secure premises in a very wide geographical area, fully understanding specific client requirements.
The properties have ranged from 1,000 sq. ft. to over 10,000 sq. ft. in certain locations, with a total floor plate acquired of over 270,000 sq. ft.
