Green & Partners, has expanded its agency team with the recruitment of Rowen Grandison, bolstering its offering in retail-led mixed-use destinations and shopping centres.
Rowen brings more than 20 years’ experience to Green & Partners and joins after five years at Knight Frank where he headed the shopping centre team. Prior to that, Rowen was a Senior Director at DTZ (latterly Cushman & Wakefield) for nine years and a Partner at Donaldsons.
Rowen brings with him extensive market expertise and experience acting as leasing agent and consultant for many of the UK’s largest and most dominant shopping centres for clients such as Landsec, Westfield, British Land, Hammerson, Aviva, and Legal & General.
He will be working alongside the Green & Partners agency team on existing shopping centre and high street assets as well as providing retailer consultancy advice.
